Interested in helping? Be a part of the community health movement, don’t just stand on the side-lines. There are two key ways to be part of the EvolveMed movement, a tax-deductible contribution monetary donation or by serving your community by joining the team as one of our volunteers. Both are rewarding methods to be part of this movement.

Your contribution to EvolveMed helps us provide medical vaccinations, immunization , preventive health screenings, and social services to members of our community, many who would otherwise go without care. You can support a project you love or give to our greatest need.
There is a large number of children and adults needing vaccinations and preventive care in our South Florida community. There is a even larger number of those in need of hygiene kits. However, supplies is limited on our EvolveMed Mobile Clinic.
We are requesting financial contributions towards the establishment of supplies needed to service the community

Donate via Matching Gift Programs:
Many employers have gift matching programs that encourage employees to donate to non-profit organizations. For every dollar an employee donates to a charity, the employer may match or even double or triple the donation! Matching Gift Programs are a wonderful way for employees to make their charitable dollars stretch further at no cost to themselves. Simply ask your employer’s human resources office or benefits administrator for a matching gift form and instructions.
Donate via Payroll Deduction:
Many aren’t aware that the same process that allows employers to make automatic payroll deductions for charitable contributions like the United Way, can also be used to give directly to Evolve Med. By requesting a Payroll Deduction Form and submitting it to your company’s Human Resources Department, you can make contributions to Evolve Med automatically.
If you are a U.S. Government Federal Employee, you may designate your gift through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) by listing Evolve Med as the recipient.
Leave a Gift in Your Will:
Under current tax laws, unnecessary estate taxes are often paid by the estates of those who have died. By leaving a portion of your assets to Evolve Med in your will, you not only avoid losing a large part of your estate to death taxes, but you continue making a difference in the lives of people long after you have departed.

We offer a huge variety of services for which we need competent volunteers. EvolveMed presents service opportunities for the concerned volunteers with any of the following skills:
